The Unfiltered Thoughts of Widows
When I was going through my toughest times, Rebecca's podcast was a great source of comfort to me. Her direct approach, mixed with humor, helped me cope with my grief. Among all the episodes, my favorite is "Breaking Silence: The Unfiltered Thoughts of Widows". I just wanted to say thank you, Rebecca, for making me laugh during those moments when I felt like crying, screaming, or throwing things. Your podcast will always be remembered as your legacy.

We all have grief!
This podcast is raw and honest. Rebecca is so open with her experiences from losing her husband to her cancer journey. We all are grieving something or someone. The way she speaks to grieve is helpful to so many. Thank you for sharing your story.

Same
My husband died December 15, 2020. I really appreciate the candid honesty here.

Love this!
I lost my husband a year and 2 months ago. I identify with you so much. I love “widow your own way”, that’s very important for others to understand. It looks different for everyone. Thank you for creating these and sharing.

My sweet niece . I know being strong is how all women seem to think they have to feel. I think sometimes if we except help it makes us feel weaker, weaker to the point hey am I really that bad of neednest.
I loved it and will continue to need more tissues. I love my niece, Rebecca Jhonson, so much and no matter how strong she is I , we will be here for you sweetheart. Do t ever feel your week because you are far from that to come this far. Anytime your ready to yell or cry throw something , and just want to breakdown let me know I’ll be there to hold you. Hell we may just do a trip to see what odd things we can run into. Love you with all my might 💜 Aunt Dotty

I needed to know other people feel this way
I just lost my husband 2 weeks ago and my podcaster/researcher side kicked in and I started looking for anything remotely community style with other people that know what it is I am going through. This is only the 3rd thing I have found so far that is remotely close, this one is really connecting with me. Talking about the identity you had as a wife and now as a widow. Thank you so much. I’ve started from the beginning and I’m only a few episodes in but I needed to know other people feel this way.

What a topic!
I really appreciate how open and raw this podcast is. She shares about her loss but can still make you smile and more than that, make you think! Great job!

Genuinely warm and refreshing
This podcast is like “Eat, Pray, Love” meets “Steel Magnolias” meets “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants”. Rebecca tells her story in an entertaining way that makes you feel like you’re having heart to heart with an old friend. Each episode has a different topic but at its core, this show is inspiring and entertaining. You can’t help but laugh, cry, and cheer her on. We’re all rooting for you, Rebecca, and can’t wait to hear more! 💛

Enough personality for a Broadway production!
Well you are quite the cup of Tea! (Also a coffee drinker here BTW 🤗) And I'm new to this side of the tracks but I've learned through my own journey of "life" after that forever love... when I need a cup of Tea, not even my favorite coffee drip, mix or brew can touch what Tea can do for my mind body soul and MY PURPOSE today and beyond. Spoiler alert: You are the Tea of course! Thank you for still being who youre meant to be even if you have no clue why when or how somedays. You make me feel more like a normal person than i have felt since finding my husband on our aniversary 2021. LIFE AS WE KNOW IT IS LITTERALLY AND PHYSICALLY OVER! I hit a mental state that should have came from an accidental oversose or coma. Making purpose let alone light and love in my life post this traumatic loss HAS to happen, i cannot JUST EXIST ANYMORE! please keep writing the anti-handbook handbook for the things youre prepared to never be prepared for. 💪🏻 i need the laughs as much as we actually do need the pain. you're great! 🙏🏼🫶🏻

Such a refreshing show!
I love how honest this show is! I planned on listening to one episode, and here I am about to start a third. Definitely subscribing!
